Return & Refund
Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
There will be an extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items.
In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available/premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
In case of custom-made items, neither www.unfoml.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.6-8% Color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
Only after receiving a confirmation for the return, we will send a delivery executive to pick up the parcel.
The pickup will be done within 3-4 days after placing the request with no additional costs.
Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 days we will proceed with the return only if the product is returned undamaged. Following this, your refund,or an exchange will be initiated as per your requirements.
Refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
